Van Aken is worse than Newplast in this regard. Even though I'm using Newplast for this character, he started to get really soft as I was sculpting. So I stuck him in the freezer to harden him back up. It works great, although the clay tends to sweat after it's removed:

There's more where that came from. I also finished putting my Demo Reel together. It's all stuff I did in 2011. I should probably make my own music track for it, the song is "Casio Daisy" by Gold Panda.
